For custom-designed sizes and print setups, our standard MOQ starts at 1,000 units per style. For standard stock-die sizes with digital labelling we can occasionally accommodate smaller trial runs of 500 units. Please contact our sales team to discuss what fits your plan.

Custom CAD structural samples and digital print proofs are completed within 7–10 business days. After formal proof approval and advance payment confirmation, bulk production takes roughly 3–4 weeks depending on the complexity of your finish (e.g. hot foil stamping, embossing, spot UV).

Yes, we offer global logistics solutions. We ship worldwide by sea, air freight and road. We regularly provide DDP, CIF and FOB terms and handle customs clearance directly through to your designated warehouse.

Yes — 100% of our core rigid board is pressed from recycled wood fibre. We use only plant-based soy inks, water-based varnishes and compostable adhesives, so the boxes are recyclable in standard paper streams.

Yes! Once you approve your desired dimensions, our structural engineering team produces a highly accurate vector template (PDF/Illustrator) within 24 hours. Your graphics team can place artwork precisely over our dieline without worrying about stretch distortion.

Always give us your product’s dimensions, not the box dimensions. The order is Width × Height × Depth. We calculate board thickness, folding allowance and tolerance. If you are unsure, send a photo and rough measurements and we will propose the right structure.

We prefer vector files: AI, EPS or PDF. Text should be outlined, colours in CMYK, resolution 300 dpi, with 3 mm bleed on every edge. If you only have a JPG, send it anyway and we will check whether it is usable.

We offer two kinds. A plain white sample lets you check size and structure and is free. A printed sample is produced from your actual artwork; it carries a die cost and is therefore paid, but we deduct that cost from your order if you proceed.

The die is the metal form that cuts and creases your box, made once per size. The cost is one-off: you are not charged again when you reorder the same size. We keep your dies in storage.

Offset printing runs 4 colours (CMYK) as standard and up to 6 where needed. We print Pantone spot colours for brand colours — this is the right method when your logo colour must match exactly on every run.

Lamination is a thin film over the surface, matt or gloss, protecting against scratches and moisture. Foil is a metallic area (gold, silver, rose) applied with heat, usually on the logo. Varnish is a coating that gloss-finishes a chosen area. All three can be combined.

For new orders, 50% on confirmation and 50% before dispatch. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. Corporate customers we work with regularly can be offered payment terms.

Yes. If you have a logo and product details, we prepare the box design. We produce the dieline to your size, place the artwork on it and send it for your approval. Design work is priced according to order quantity.

Yes. For direct food contact we use food-grade board and inks. When you send your request, state whether the product is dry or greasy — greasy products require barrier-coated board.
