1. Parties and Subject

This agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER identified above and the BUYER placing an order via packro.com.tr, pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Its subject is the sale and delivery of custom-manufactured cardboard packaging ordered through the site.

2. Product

The type, dimensions, quantity, material, printing and finishing specifications and the price are as stated on the order confirmation page and in the order summary email sent to the BUYER. Products are manufactured specifically according to the dimensions and artwork provided by the BUYER.

3. Price and Payment

Amounts shown in the order summary are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; the grand total is charged including VAT. Payment may be made by credit/debit card (via the PayTR infrastructure) or by bank transfer. Card details are never seen or stored by the SELLER.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered by courier to the address provided by the BUYER. Production begins after proof approval and payment confirmation and takes on average 14–20 business days depending on specifications. Shipping cost and any free-shipping threshold are shown in the order summary.

5. Proofing and Approval

For custom products a digital proof or physical sample is provided before production. Mass production does not begin without the BUYER's written approval. The SELLER is not liable for design-related errors present in an approved proof.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

Pursuant to Article 15/1-(b) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs. As products ordered via packro.com.tr are custom-manufactured to the BUYER's dimensions, printing and design, there is no right of withdrawal once production has started. Detailed conditions are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Defective Products

If the delivered product has a manufacturing or printing defect, the BUYER shall notify the SELLER within 7 days of delivery. If the defect is attributable to the SELLER, the product is reproduced free of charge or the price is refunded.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of delay caused by natural disaster, fire, epidemic, strike, extraordinary delay in raw material supply or similar force majeure, the SELLER informs the BUYER. The BUYER may cancel the order or wait for delivery.

9. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data shared by the BUYER is processed solely for the fulfilment of the order under Turkish Law No. 6698. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice.

10. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

11. Entry into Force

The BUYER declares having read and accepted this agreement at the order confirmation step. The agreement enters into force upon creation of the order record.
